Splurrrge
Posted under: Well its been a crazy week. With all the crazies of finishing work and at the same time preparing for the Nuffnang Blog Awards, and actually preparing for the trip I am now blogging about the stuff I had to buy last minute. I have been needing to buy a new pair of sneakers since my old ones’ were swallowed up by my car. I never did get around to doing it since I had old ones. But going to SG for a few days made me want to get a new pair. I also have been needing a new pair of slippers since my old pair gave up on me already. (I always wear out my slippers!) I spent the better part of morning running around greenhills for my errands. As well as getting the final touches for my suit ready for the event. I was wondering if wearing a bow-tie with a suit was an acceptable fashion tandem? Fashion bloggers out there I need your help! If not then the regular tie should do well already. But I really want to wear a bow-tie. Hmm… what to do.
Nike Air Force One
So I did get the Nike Air Force One’s I’ve been eye-ing for quite some time. I love classic looking shoes from the 90′s. I also got a pair of statement slippers. I love the new characters. Had a variety of designs. I liked Mr. Funny a lot especially since it was purple and reminded me of Grimace. As well Mr. Greedy but then again, what am I saying? So I just got Mr. Happy. At least my slippers will try to be right?

The trip is now about a day and a half a way. The more I think about the recent events in my life, the more I feel conflicted. People have noticed my relative change in mood and attitude. Gone is the always smiling me and replaced with a occasional smiling one. (Hey at least I still am right?) But I hope things work out. This will be a good break from the crazies of my life for awhile. I look forward to the trip and Singapore. But even more I look forward to coming home. I know things will be fixed. I know it’ll be ok. I hope.
