Today is the Day I shop
Posted under: While waiting for Judd’s laptop to get diagnosed and repaired we decided to go and check out clothes for the up-coming regional blog awards. (Provided that we indeed are going) We checked out different stores until Judd finally settled on Hugo Boss. He had the clothes all lined up to visualize how he would look like and eventually get the prices. (He got dizzy after. His running bill totalled to about Php 100k for a suit, shoes, tie, and dress shirt) I on the other hand decided to go and check out some leather shoes. I need a pair of brown as well as black shoes and a new pair of sneakers since my everyday ones got ruined.
I scanned a lot of stores until I spotted these beauts. Real italian leather. So Suave. With the way they were displayed in the store it was as if a spotlight was hitting them just so I can see. I didn’t want to check the price.
Now I understand that sinking feeling girls have when they see something they really like and its too expensive. I just wonder that if EVER I decide on getting these shoes, would I be able to use them? I mean I’ll be worried about scuffing them or some bastard “accidentally” stepping on these 25k shoes.
I decided that if I don’t get to own these very very nice pair of shoes, I can at least take a picture of them. So I did. I whipped out my cam and started taking some pics.
I then noticed some very nice sneakers to the side. I decided to take a picture until I saw one of the staff looking at me intently. So even if I wanted to take pictures of the very nice jacket and dinner jacket I didn’t want to push it.
Oh and the price for owning these pair of leathers? Price tag is at Php 25,000. But it was on sale. So it was down to Php 19,000. I at least have a picture!
Ok so I didn’t end up buying anything, but hey I can dream can I?
