Long Overdue Saturdate and All kinds of Crazy
Awesome day full of laughter (since we finally saw The Hangover together! Hilarious movie if I must say so!) we decided to get some take out from Ristras and was super uber full. And then hung out at Shakey’s Katipunan while waiting for my mom to finish.
Here is where it gets interesting! We ordered a plate of mojos and I started parodying different witty versions of the mojo. One mojo to rule them all, one mojo that binds them. Or at first there was alot, and now we’re at the final mojo! (teden den.. teden den den… to the tune of the final countdown) This is where all kinds of crazy began. We started talking about the weirdest things. It was great to be with my her again. I missed her. (Ok for fear that John Lloyd will be appearing anytime in my room with a Greenwich pizza shouting CHEESSY CHEESY I will stop with the cheesiness) And then we started taking pictures. These are just some of the crazy shots we took!
Funny how we usually struggle with the final piece when sharing. No one dares to get the final piece. I never understood this. Maybe its the Filipino concept called Hiya? But I don’t know. Its just me I guess. Why is it that in other countries, people would actually eat faster just so they can have the last piece? Super different in the Philippines. We usually don’t go and grab. Usually its a slice of pizza, the last piece of chicken or in this case the final mojo. The usual escape would be that “busog na ako eh! sayo na!” (It’s yours, I’m already full!) Why is that? Anyway, I started singing “its the final mojo!” real loud so she finally ate it!
She then took snapshots of me acting all chinese. I wanted to know what I would look like if I had uber chinky eyes!
It was a good day. Now I’m having trouble going back to the reality of work. Busy week ahead for me. Wish me luck!
